We want your order in your hands quickly and safely. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time (United States): Physical products ship from our US fulfillment centers and typically arrive within 2–7 business days after processing. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships, so you can follow it door to door.

Digital products: Digital items (such as The Zyra Remedy Handbook) are delivered instantly by email — no shipping required.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order issues: If your package is delayed more than 10 business days, arrives damaged, or anything else isn't right, email us at jaiminp314@gmail.com and we will make it right — replacement or refund, your choice, per our 30-day guarantee.
